Many studies have been conducted on the phenomenal influence of scent on advertising. They indicate, among other things, that under its influence, consumers spend more time in the store and evaluate the products within it more positively.
Aromamarketing (scent marketing) is an element of sensory marketing (addressed to human senses). It is:
- influencing customer behavior through scent compositions
- the ability to utilize scent in marketing
- an element of a company's marketing strategy
- an effective business tool that successfully attracts customers
A properly prepared scent composition influences human decisions. It can, for example, encourage a specific purchase.
