PREPARATION OF THE PROJECT FOR PRINT

The project should be prepared in PDF format and CMYK color mode. RGB projects are not accepted.
The sum of the CMYK component values at any point should not exceed 300%.
To achieve greater depth of black in areas of application, it should be generated from several CMYK components. The recommended combination is C40 M40 Y40 K100.
The minimum saturation of gray areas is 12% K.
The project should be prepared according to the attached template.
The template outline must be removed from the print-ready file.
Fonts converted to outlines.
All essential elements of the project (texts, logos, images) should be placed within the boundaries of the safe area defined in the template.
Do not include crop marks, registration marks, or printer's marks in the print file.
Bitmap resolution (images) 300 dpi.
The minimum line thickness for 100% K and colors is 0.4 pt. (0.14 mm). The minimum line thickness for grays is 0.7 pt. (0.25 mm).
The minimum line thickness in reverse (white line on colored background) is 0.8 pt. (0.3 mm).
The minimum acceptable font size for texts in one color (e.g., 100% K) is 5 pt.
The minimum acceptable font size for texts consisting of more than 1 CMYK component is 7 pt., and the minimum font size for reverse texts is 8 pt.
Fonts below 10 pt. should be in 100% black K, without other CMY components.
Avoid small texts in reverse (e.g., white text on black background), especially when the background consists of more than one CMYK component.

COOPERATION REGULATIONS

ORDERS

Orders are placed via email contact orONLINE STORE
By placing an order, the client simultaneously accepts the terms of cooperation.
We provide quotes after receiving the completed order form from the client or a description via email.
The maximum size of a standard scented tree with the Client's graphics is: 95 mm height x 75 mm width, above this size, the tags are subject to individual pricing depending on the size of the project after the project is presented.
The minimum order quantity with the Client's own graphics is 500 pieces and 250 pieces for the 75 mm round shape.
From the moment the order is placed, the Client automatically consents to the processing of personal data by Noerga Group sp. z o.o.
for the purpose of order fulfillment.

PROJECT PREPARATION

Information regarding file preparation can be found inThe client guide.
We do not take responsibility for files prepared contrary to the guidelines.
Files should be prepared in CMYK mode, in the case of photos, the minimum resolution is 300 DPI, please pay attention to too small fonts and other signs/details that may not be visible in print.

DIE CUTS

We have a ready base of die cuts.
For the client, we can prepare almost any shape of scented tag
(except for tags with very narrow elements that could break or tear during the production process).
The cost of making a die cut not found in our database is from 390 to 430 PLN net.

INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERED GOODS

We inform you that during execution,graphic shifts are possible – tolerance +/- 1 mm.
Prints after being soaked in fragrance may slightly differ from the colors presented in the project visualization.
The classic attachment for the tag is an elastic band or plastic hooks.
Estimatedtime for the fragrance to be released with proper use of the tag(the tag should not be entirely removed from the packaging from the first use, the barrier film should be gradually disposed of) isfrom 7 to 21 daysand depends on the temperature and humidity of the air, the chosen composition, type of tag, and saturation level (ml).

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

The order fulfillment time will be counted from the final confirmation of the order parameters and payment of the total order amount and may change relative to the date given at the first inquiry.
The estimated order fulfillment time is:from 12 to 21 working days.
A tag in a new shape (outside our die cut base) extends the fulfillment time by an additional 3 days waiting for the production of a new die cut,
We reserve the right to provide a longer deadline than the above in the event of full occupancy of the production line for the next 14 working days. The client receives the first available date
not shorter than the necessary time to produce the given batch, taking into account all concurrently accepted orders,
which prevents the reservation of a date. The date is confirmed only after the final confirmation of the order and the accounting of the advance payment.
Noerga Group sp. z o.o. is not responsible for events arising from random situations that may affect the final deadline for order fulfillment.

DELIVERY

Packages are sent by courier.
NOERGA GROUP SP. Z O.O. is not responsible if the goods do not reach the client on time due to reasons dependent on the courier company.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints are accepted only in writing at the email addressbiuro@vis.net.plwithin 30 days from the delivery date (if the complaint concerns the project, please attach a photo).
The complained goods must be returned to the company's headquarters – please return defective tags along with the rest of the order.
If the delivery is made via a courier, the packages should be thoroughly checked in the presence of the courier.
In the case of damaged packages delivered by the courier, the client is obliged to prepare a damage report and check the quantity in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, complaints regarding quantity or damage to the goods will not be considered.
Any quantity shortages should be reported by the Client within3 days from the dateof delivery, after this period, quantity complaints will not be considered.

Personal data (email addresses, contact phone numbers, and data necessary for issuing invoices) are collected by the company solely.
for the purpose of processing them to fulfill an order or service and for the purpose of transmitting commercial information.
Data will not be shared with data recipients as defined in Article 7 point 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
The person whose data is concerned has the right to access the content of their data and the possibility of correcting it. They also have the right to object to further processing of personal data, which can be reported by contacting us by phone or email.
Data is provided voluntarily (via the form on the website, phone or email contact), however, without providing it, it is not possible to fulfill the order and cooperate with the company.
We may also process the Client's personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with the Client in connection with the execution of the order or service, including to:
enable the sending of commercial offers and resolving any issues related to the commissioned work to the email address provided for contact,
handle requests directed to us (e.g., through the contact form); contacting Clients, including for purposes related to the provision of services.
Additionally, the law requires us to process Client data for tax and accounting purposes.
We also process Client personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on the legitimate interest of NOERGA GROUP SP. Z O.O., which is: accounting for commercial documents; settling payments made; handling requests sent, especially to salespeople and through the contact form; debt collection; conducting court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings; conducting statistical analyses; storing data for archival purposes, and ensuring accountability (demonstrating compliance with our obligations arising from the law).

FINAL PROVISIONS

NOERGA GROUP SP. Z O.O. reserves the right to make changes to these regulations.

The Ordering Party agrees to include a sample tag in the manufacturer's portfolio; if they do not agree, please notify us when placing the order.

These regulations come into effect on January 9, 2024.
