Projects personalization
Can I order a blister for the fragrance hanger?
Yes. There is an option to create a customized blister with a euro hole. This option is additionally charged depending on the quantity.
How much does it cost to create a scented pendant project?
The project prepared with graphics sent by the client is free of charge. Creating a project from scratch costs between 100 - 200 PLN net.
Can different projects be assigned under one order?
It depends on the chosen shape, differences between designs, and quantity. In some cases, this will be possible for free, in others for an additional fee, and in the remaining cases, each pattern will be treated as a separate order.
In the case of differences in shape, each shape is ALWAYS treated as a separate order.
Can I order a custom shape for the pendant?
Yes. The cost of producing a custom die is 430 PLN net.
Is the print on the air freshener tag double-sided?
Yes. We offer double-sided printing in full CMYK color.
How to prepare a fragrance tag project? - guidelines.
• The project should be prepared in PDF format and CMYK color mode. RGB projects are not accepted.
• The sum of the CMYK component values at any point should not exceed 300%.
• To achieve greater depth of black in solid areas, it should be generated from several CMYK components. The recommended combination is C40 M40 Y40 K100.
• The minimum saturation for gray solids is 12% K.
• The project should be prepared according to the attached template.
• The template's guidelines must be removed from the print-ready file.
• Fonts converted to outlines.
• All essential project elements (texts, logos, images) should be placed within the safe area defined on the template.
• Do not include crop marks, registration marks, or printer's marks in the print file.
• Bitmap resolution (images) should be 300 dpi.
• The minimum line thickness for 100% K and colored lines is 0.4 pt. (0.14 mm). The minimum line thickness for gray lines is 0.7 pt. (0.25 mm).
• The minimum line thickness for reverses (white lines on colored backgrounds) is 0.8 pt. (0.3 mm).
• The minimum acceptable font size for single-color texts (e.g., 100% K) is 5 pt.
• The minimum acceptable font size for texts made up of more than 1 CMYK component is 7 pt., and the minimum size for reverse texts is 8 pt.
• Fonts smaller than 10 pt. should be in 100% black K, without other CMYK components.
• Avoid small texts in reverse (e.g., white texts on black backgrounds), especially when the background consists of more than one CMYK component.

How long does the order fulfillment take?
12 - 21 working days depending on the type of offer and quantity.
For quantities over 20,000 pieces, the delivery time may be extended.
How much does delivery cost?
For quantities up to 9999 pieces - delivery to one location is free
above this quantity, the cost is 150 PLN net for each 10000 pieces
What is the minimum order quantity for fragrance hangers?

How are scented sachets packaged?
Car air fresheners are packaged in barrier bags and collectively in a box labeled with the scent.
What options for slings and hangers are available?
White eraser or plastic hook.
What should be the maximum dimensions of the tag?
The maximum dimensions of the tag should be 95x75 mm
What material is the fragrance pendant made of?
The pendant is made of high-quality absorbent material with a thickness of about 1.5-1.8 mm.
Scents
Can we use our own fragrance for soaking the pendants?
We can scent the hangers with the fragrance provided by the client. However, it is required to deliver fragrance samples for conducting 2-3 weeks of material testing.
How to increase the longevity of the scent in the car?
To extend the lifespan of the scented sachet, it should be gradually pulled out of the plastic packaging.
Can I order a fragrance composition that is not on the available list on the website?
It is possible to order a fragrance not on the list for free with a minimum order quantity of 2000 pieces.
What is the scent of the hanging air freshener?
We typically saturate with about 2.4-2.6 ml of fragrance. There is an option to increase the saturation. Each additional ml of fragrance costs + 0.15 PLN net.
Which scents are the most popular?
The most popular scent for years has been new car. It is the most neutral of all available on the market. Vanilla, black, and grapefruit are also frequently chosen.
How many scents can I choose for free in one order?
You can choose up to 4 fragrances. Note that 1 fragrance is for a minimum quantity of 250 pieces of hang tags.
